A graduate of Indiana University, Jeffrey brings over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a deep background in advanced wealth planning, structured finance, and private equity. He previously served as a Principal at World Equity Group and Compass Asset Management, and co-founded Primal Equity Partners, a Chicago-based financial firm operating at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade, where he also traded commodities.

His commodities background, paired with a strong track record of managing capital across private funds, gives him meaningful insight into turning early-stage agriculture and manufacturing ventures into investable, scalable platforms. At Flura, Jeffrey is leading the development of strategic partnerships and acquisitions with a focus on integrating hemp into established supply chains and unlocking new revenue streams in animal feed, human nutrition, fiberboard, and climate-resilient materials.
